Whammy! Everyone’s favourite cheesy and sexist news anchor is back! And he’s got his team by his side AND we get two teasers!

They don’t really say much. In fact it doesn’t really say anything at all except the old news team is back and they promise a fun movie! And you can safely assume it’ll be cheesy in a way no other decade except the 70s can.
Few comedies have become as much of a cult favourite as Anchorman has and we here at Filmophilia have no doubt that this new film will be as funny as the old one. Will Ferrell rarely goes wrong.
It will be as cheesy, sexist and burgundy as the old film, I have no doubt.

I’m not sure about Ferrell rarely going wrong. And I say that despite him being one of my favourite comedic actors.
I’m not ashamed to admit that this is now one of my most anticipated films. I hope that it puts Ferrell back on top of his game (recent movies like Blades of Glory and The Other Guys did not really tickle my funny bone). I’m looking forward to The Campaign as well!

Oh have I loved the orginal anchorman and the fact that there doing a sequel has me hopping up and down say yes! Mostly because we get a new adam mckay film. Super excited
